Forum Park (formerly Aventura Square)

Forum Park (formerly Aventura Square), is planned as an eight-story office condominium and retail building to be located at 18802-18820 West Dixie Highway, located just outside of Aventura, FL in the OJUS Urban District Area.

The project is currently in the pre-sale phase with a groundbreaking anticipated for First Quarter 2019. The development plan includes 94,000 square feet of office space, 5,700 square feet of retail, a 340-space parking garage and up to 12 apartments. Amenities would include a sky lounge and conference rooms.

Miami-based Arquitectonica designed Forum Park (Aventura Square) along with CPC as the Engineer of Record. The same development team is working together on Forum Aventura, another office condo project about six blocks away.
