Forum Aventura

Aventura is one of South Florida’s most centrally located destinations. This is why it is one of the most successful places for retail, professional services, health care, consulting, marketing and design, and countless other businesses. Forum Aventura, a 14-story office condo tower at 19790 West Dixie Highway near the Aventura Mall, is under construction and slated for delivery in late 2018 or early in First Quarter 2019.  The project was designed by Arquitectonica, along with CPC as the Engineer of Record, to include 95,000 square feet of commercial space. The building has a very innovative design and is geared towards private offices for professional services. The lobby will have a 30-foot high ceiling and the rooftop boasts a glass-enclosed sky lounge with conference rooms, meeting areas, a wet bar and rooftop terrace.

CPC is also working with this development team on Forum Park (formerly Aventura Square) in the same OJUS Urban Area District in Miami-Dade County, just six blocks away.
