Vitalia at Tradition

Vitalia at Tradition is a 453 acre active adult community located within the overall 8,300 acre Tradition project. Tradition is located West of Interstate 95 in the city of Port St. Lucie, Florida and is bounded by the future Crosstown Parkway on the North and vacant farm land on the South and West.

The Vitalia at Tradition project is a gated active adult community that will ultimately consist of 1,246 single family residential lots, one pool amenity complex, a future 25,530 square feet clubhouse facility and a comprehensive array of open space amenity facilities. In addition to the traditional governmental regulatory requirements, Vitalia at Tradition is subject to and governed by the following regulatory authorities:

• Tradition Community Association, Inc.
• Vitalia at Tradition RA, Inc.
• Tradition Community Development District No. 5

CPC’s team members have provided site civil design services and construction engineering inspections for all site work improvements, from start to completion, since the spring of 2012. Significant issues during project development have included coordination with the multiple approving agencies, source of fill material and quality of fill material. Maintaining the integrity of the design intent in the construction has been a critical component to the success of the project. Working closely with other members of the design team, the construction is being executed with precise implementation.
