Granada Master Planned Community

This master-planned project is adjacent to Orlando’s booming tourism corridor.  Located southwest of the intersection of Sand Lake and Turkey Lake roads, with frontage on both Big Sand Lake and Little Sand Lake, the property included roughly 160 gross acres. CPC provided master planning for part of a previously approved PD which included the master infrastructure and stormwater design, permitting including Orange County subdivision processing of a Preliminary Subdivision Plan (PSP), infrastructure design and permitting of the roadway, master utilities and mass grading, master stormwater design through Orange County Public Works, Orange County Utilities, SFWMD, FDEP and Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC). Three national developers closed on Parcels A, B, and C, and CPC continued as the Engineer of Record for the three projects, which included senior living luxury apartments by Greystar, Overture at Dr Phillips & Hanover at Dr. Phillips, and Sand Lake Sound by Meritage Homes.
