CITY OF MARGATE COMPLETE STREETS RECONSTRUCTION FOR NW 8TH ST BETWEEN NW 67TH AVE-NW 69TH AVE

The City of Margate selected CPC to perform complete civil engineering design services, surveying, permitting, bidding, and post-design services for Roadway Reconstruction of NW 8th Street between NW 67th Avenue and NW 69th Avenue. Herb Tillman, CGC, will be the Project Manager for this Complete Streets reconstruction, which includes replacing the existing 2” galvanized water main with a new 6” PVC water main & service laterals, valves, and fire hydrants and replacing and/or adjusting existing sidewalks & driveway approaches as needed, new pavement markings, and adjusting existing landscape swales and utility manholes for improved stormwater runoff design. The design will comply with the American Water Works Association (AWWA), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), codes, ordinances, rules, orders, and other legal requirements of public authorities having jurisdiction.
