City of Delray Beach, N. Swinton Avenue Sidewalk and Utility Improvements

This project intends to address the existing roadway and underground utility infrastructure deficiencies. In addition, there are non-continuous sidewalks that prohibit pedestrian connectivity throughout the roadway corridor. The project will also include drainage improvements, lighting, signing & pavement marking, and landscaping throughout the project limits.
