Currie Commons Park Construction

CPC is a professional service provider for the City of Delray Beach under a continuing services contract. The City Delray Beach would like to demolish & remove the existing Facilities Restroom & Storage Building located at 700 SE 2nd Ave in Delray Beach. They will purchase & install a new Prefabricated Restrooms Building in its place. The scope of work includes CPC performing surveying services including topographic and GPR locations, subsurface utility and engineering (SUE) services, geotechnical investigation & soils report and construction administrative services and construction inspection services.

CPC was awarded this contract and responsibilities scheduling and attending a City Kick-off meeting with City and the Contractor to determining program needs for the new facility and comments on the design deliverables.

 and attends the Construction Progress meetings with both the City and Contractor. CPC performs the Site inspections and Final Inspections, Punch List, permit close out documents and letter of substantial completion to the City. Construction administration includes reviewing and providing comments on and approval all shop drawings, submittals and Requests for Information (RFI) from the City’s selected Contractor (GC). CPC will also provide construction inspections.
