CPC teamed with Harlan Hanson Inc. and Tipton Associates to prepare a Master Land Use Plan for the 6.18 acres downtown Oviedo property, which fronts E. Broadway St., Oviedo Blvd. and Geneva Drive. The Land Use Change was successful and will be the catalyst for downtown zoning and sighting requirements for future development. We provided Civil Engineering for the master planning including working with the City, County and FDOT for the surrounding Master Stormwater design, roadway realignments, and coordination of roadway design to plan for the future development of this Downtown area. CPC provided boundary and topographic surveys, sketches and legal in coordination with FDOT right of way eminent domain, stormwater and utility planning. The site’s Master Plan will bring new Urban development standards to this site and for surrounding areas to provide for more efficient and sustainable function of this site and adjacent future developments.
