A1A Transportation Site

CPC provided the site development for this 5-acre site for AIA Transportations Systems to park, operate and maintain 90 school buses, along with employee parking. The company provides third-party transportation for private and charter school field trips and athletic trips. Improvements included design and permitting to fill an existing lake and create retention areas in order to provide the required parking facilities.

The project elements included environmental permits for filling the lake, paving, drainage and utilities. Other key services were site development plans, traffic modeling, engineering data collection, surveying, roadway design, utility design, drainage and stormwater modeling, permitting, and coordination of site retaining walls.
