Police Headquarters and City Hall Assessment Study

CPC is providing professional services under a continuing services contract for the evaluation of the police headquarters in the City of Delray Beach for their current and future needs to accommodate staffing and a new centralized command facility. Services include boundary and topographic survey, & 3D laser scanning, existing structural assessment elements, material review and needs assessment, preparing a building program, conceptual building plans, conceptual site plans, conceptual draft, and final elevations and a budget estimated for the cost of construction.
