Winter Springs Village

This 202-acre, mixed-use project in the new town center of the City of Winter Springs is completed. This pedestrian-friendly neighborhood is linked to the new town center and is adjacent existing Seminole County Trail System. The CPC team provided engineering services and construction engineering inspection services for all the site work improvements that includes an internal network of alleys, roadways, sidewalks, and a two-lane boulevard with parallel parking and a 6’ mulch trail which interfaces with the existing Seminole County Trail System. In addition, a new section of sidewalk will be installed along the existing Tuskawilla Road.
