Water Tower Commons

Master Planned Development

A new development called “Water Tower Commons” is coming to Lantana to replace the old A.G. Holley hospital. CPC is working closely with the development team. The site is proposed to be redeveloped as a shopping center with a residential community built in its second phase. The main shopping plaza would total 261,700 square feet, with spaces ranging from 6,000 square feet to 55,000 square feet. There would also be seven out parcels, with those closer to the street totaling 38,700 square feet that would front Lantana Road. Behind the retail, the second phase of the project calls for 1,091 residential units.

CPC is excited to be a part of this team as the project moves forward. Upcoming tasks assigned to CPC include condominium documents, subdivision platting, 3D laser scanning as a defining feature for design, construction staking and management, as well as as-built surveys.
