Vitalia at Tradition

Vitalia at Tradition is a 453-acre active adult community within the overall 8,300-acre Tradition community. Tradition is located West of Interstate 95 in the city of Port St. Lucie, Florida, and is bounded by the future Crosstown Parkway on the North and vacant farmland on the South and West. Vitalia at Tradition is a gated active adult community that consists of 1,246 single-family residential homes. Vitalia includes an active clubhouse 24,000 square-foot lakefront social clubhouse (Captiva Club) with active lifestyle and amenities including a state-of-the-art fitness center, ballroom with stage banquet and meeting room, tennis courts, eight pickleball courts, two bocce courts, lakeside pavilion, two outdoor resort-style lap pool and outdoor terrace, grand event lawn, fire pit gathering area, and golf putting green. CPC provided site civil design services and construction engineering inspections for all site work improvements, from start to completion.
