As the centerpiece of the development, this private lakefront amenity spans 24,000 square feet of interior space. It features a fully equipped health club, an aerobics studio, a cyber café, a billiards and dart room, a demonstration kitchen, and multiple creative studio rooms. Outdoor amenities support year-round activity and include a resort-style swimming pool, eight pickleball courts, five tennis courts, two bocce ball courts, and a professionally maintained putting green, all surrounding a Grand Event Lawn with fire pits and space for community gatherings.
