Town of Southwest Ranches Dykes Road Stormwater Culvert

The Town of Southwest Ranches awarded CPC to perform Professional Engineering Services for the design of a twin 48″ RCP culvert under Dykes Road. CPC has a newly awarded Continuing Services Contract with the Town for Professional Engineering Services. Located south of Griffin Rd, the twin 48″ RCP will extend westward to the new receiving water and littoral shelf area from the existing twin 48″ RCP in Southwest Meadows Sanctuary Park and the existing twin 48″ RCP in Calusa Corners Park.

The Town of Southwest Ranches is a recipient of the American Rescue Act (ARPA) funding and prioritized the Dykes Road Piping Project as a critical project. The drainage project is in the Capital Improvement Element and is shown in the Tertiary Drainage Plan (TDP). The TDP has been approved and prioritized by both the Town Council and the Drainage and Infrastructure Advisory Board. The South Broward Drainage District also supports this project.
