This $10M RRR project grouping spanned Margate, Coconut Creek, Coral Springs, and Pompano Beach, aiming to enhance traffic operations and safety along the Sample Road, SR-7, and Atlantic Blvd corridors. Scope included milling/resurfacing, widening, major signalization and lighting upgrades (20+ drill shafts, mast arms, 32+ light pole systems), gravity wall with aluminum railing (1,050+ LF), six cantilever signs, 1,000+ LF of bridge fencing, retrofit illuminated bridge sign, landscaping, irrigation, and ADA improvements.
The project received FTBA awards for “Best Partnering Project” and “Best Urban Project.”
CPC provided full CEI services for FDOT District 4, overseeing all roadway construction activities.
