Solivita

Solivita is an award-winning active adult community located in Poinciana, Florida, just 20 miles south of the Walt Disney World Resort. Solivita’s 4,300 acres are graced with twin 18-hole championship golf courses, sparkling lakes and green wooded preserves, a distinctive Mediterranean village center, fully appointed clubhouses and other gathering spots.

This master-planned active adult community blends a multi-use/golf trail system and waterway with over 1,600 acres dedicated to conservation and recreation. The trail system links each of the project’s individual villages with one another, the golf course and adjacent services. In addition, the complex encompasses 36 holes of golf, bocce courts, tennis and pickle-ball courts and a softball field.

Totaling nearly 150,000 square feet, the state-of-the-art facilities of the Solivita Club are arrayed throughout two village centers. With our two stunning championship golf courses, intimate neighborhood centers, variety of dining venues and miles of green space for walking, cycling and meandering.

CPC is proud of our involvement in the Solivita team, providing land development and land survey services for the development of new villages. These services include boundary and topographic surveys, wetland surveys, FEMA LOMR surveys, subdivision platting, approval expediting, easements, and infrastructure construction staking. CPC team members have been a part of this great project for over 15 years, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with AV Homes on this beautiful community.
