Seminole Tribe of Florida, Hollywood Reservation, Warehouse Tenant Improvements

Industry Type:

CPC is provides construction inspection services for the Tribe. The project is located on the Hollywood Seminole Indian Reservation. The construction consists of a tenant build-out, which provided improvements to a vacant warehouse space. The purpose of these improvements was to develop this existing empty warehouse shell to allow legal occupancy and be used as a functioning warehouse and office space, including division of a 20,363 square feet open area into three (3) separate tenant spaces for three (3) Tribal departments. The three (3) spaces are for Building & Grounds, Housing Department, and Seminole Media Productions.

The remodeled space features the addition of a mezzanine level, a common area (lobby), four offices, a new bathroom installation, a large walk-in freezer, updated existing restrooms and finishes, and all associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades. Site work improvements included adding an enclosed area and pad to receive an Emergency Power Generator, adding another rear door and exterior staircase, and additional interconnecting sidewalks.
