Industry Type:

CPC is providing QA/QC vertical construction inspection services for the installation of two new backup generators, supporting infrastructure, and structural hardening on the Hollywood Seminole Indian Reservation Headquarters.  The project includes furnishing and installing the generators on a redundant power system, along with associated components such as electrical panels, automatic transfer switches (ATS), concrete pads, site fencing, and structural modifications, including window removal and CMU wall enclosures, as detailed in the construction plans and specifications. As the Consultant, CPC’s inspection team is responsible for monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with project documents, permits, and approved submittals. Services include attending pre-construction and progress meetings, conducting daily on-site inspections (part-time), identifying and documenting non-conforming work or materials, and verifying that testing, equipment start-up, and system training are appropriately completed. The team also maintains detailed inspection logs, assists with coordinating owner-provided QA/QC testing, and supports responses to unforeseen site conditions. Daily reports are submitted electronically and include manpower logs, work progress, weather conditions, deliveries, deficiencies, and site photos. CPC’s designated team is led by a Project Manager and supported by electrical and structural inspectors, who ensure the project progresses according to schedule and meets the Tribe’s quality expectations from Notice to Proceed through Final Completion.
