Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld Water Park Expansion

Carnahan, Proctor and Cross, Inc. (CPC) played a key role in the transformation of outdoor guest amenities at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld, delivering full site civil design services and construction engineering inspections for the renovation and expansion of the resort’s pool and water park area.

This highly praised project was located in the heart of Central Florida’s resort district and included:

• The addition of a new waterslide attraction
• Two interactive water play areas for children and families
• A lushly landscaped event lawn for outdoor gatherings

From the initial design phase through project completion, CPC worked closely with the design team, construction management firm, and resort operations personnel to deliver high-quality improvements that enhanced the guest experience.

Due to limited documentation of the existing facilities, CPC played a critical role in field coordination and design validation. Our team helped navigate unforeseen site conditions and provided timely engineering support to keep the project on schedule.

CPC’s team collaborated daily with onsite resort staff to ensure guest safety and comfort while minimizing disruptions.
