Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld Amenity

This project is centrally located in the Central Florida resort district, and was recently completed with great acclaim. The scope consisted of expanding and renovating the existing pool and water park area with new waterslide, two water play areas and an event lawn with lush landscaping. The CPC team provided site civil design services and construction engineering inspections for all the site work improvements from start to completion of the project. Due to limited information regarding the existing facilities, close coordination with the design team, construction management team and resort operations personnel was a critical aspect to the project. Maintaining the other areas of the resort operational and not adversely impacting the guest experience during construction was a critical component to the success of the project. Working closely with resort operations personnel, the construction was executed during the peak of the season with minimal disturbance to the guests.
