Reedy Reserve by AV Homes is planned in Kissimmee (Osceola County). Phase One of this single-family community is comprised of 119 home sites, each a minimum of 50 feet wide with homes that range in size from 1,856 to 2,800 square feet. Some of the home sites will back up to water. Plans include a resort-style neighborhood swimming pool and cabana, play fields and a park area within the community. Phase Two is comprised of an additional 93 single-family homes. Phase Three plans are undetermined.
