Old Town Entertainment & Shopping Complex

Old Town, a tourist attraction in Kissimmee, has undergone a multi-million dollar renovation project. The attraction, which opened in 1986, stages weekly themed classic car cruises and recently celebrated its 25th anniversary of the Saturday Nite Cruise.

CPC provided 3D Laser Scanning and Surveying services to assist the architect in determining pedestrian safety, drainage improvements, lighting improvements, landscape beautification as well as ADA compliance. In addition to the design aspects, CPC provided 3D Building Models with the locations of all ingress/egress points to allow each commercial space owner the opportunity to visualize the improvements and/or potential conflicts prior to construction.
