Ocean Marine Yacht Club

CPC provided planning, surveying and civil engineering services for this mixed-use development that features commercial, 280 residential units and a boat (wet slip) marina. Services included processing for approval and the research/permitting which involved submerged lands, a seagrass study, hurricane evacuation study, FAA restrictions and coastal construction limitations.

The Ocean Marine Yacht Club project consists of 400 condominium units and 20 townhomes. The project has a four-level parking garage and marina amenity, and was permitted through the City of Hallandale Beach, Broward County and FDOT.

On-site and off-site infrastructure design were implemented including paving and grading, water and wastewater, force main extensions and deep injection wells for drainage. CPC was instrumental in all design, permitting and Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI).

CPC also designed the new marina and boat dock consisting of eight boat slips, peninsula removal and turbidity design permitting through all state, county and local authorities.
