The Lakeland Residential Development is approximately 792 acres and is located North of Old Polk City Road and East of Moore Road.is being developed to increase the available housing for the tribal members within the Lakeland Community. CPC is proud to support the Tribe, providing design, construction engineering, and inspection services for this project.  The project continues to advance in phases. Phase one (1) of the overall development project included the construction of water, sewer, and other utility connections along roadways to serve the new development. The construction of 46 single-family homes on one-acre lots within a gated community, and the construction of a Gate House and Post Office Box facility to support the needs of the community. Phase Two (2) of the development consists of 26 single-family homes. Phase Three (3) of the community consists of twenty-six (26) single-family homesites. Phase Four (4) of the community has begun the design and construction of the infrastructure.
