Horizon Bay Tamarac Claire Bridge Place

Horizon Bay Tamarac – Clare Bridge Place is a single-story Alzheimer’s Care community located in the city of Tamarac in southeast Florida, adjacent to the Horizon Bay Tamarac assisted living community.

This Alzheimer’s/Memory Care community will have 18 new apartments and accommodate 24 residents. The newly constructed building is planned for 11,400 square feet of livable area with amenities like dining and activity rooms, a country kitchen, spa, life (reminiscent) stations, secure outdoor gardens and an outdoor covered patio. CPC’s role in the project included Surveying, Site Development Plans, Stormwater Management Plans and Permits, Construction Engineering and Inspection services and Project Close-Out documents.
