CPC was contracted by Finfrock Construction, LLC, to perform advanced surveying services in support of the Hollywood Hard Rock Casino Parking Garage Expansion project. CPC provided 3D laser scanning and mapping of the existing parking garage structure using Leica RTC360 scanning technology. The effort included establishing site control and capturing high-resolution point cloud data of the garage façade and accessible interior areas to support design and expansion planning. As part of the deliverables, CPC produced a registered point cloud (.E57/.RCP) and provided drafting support to develop Autodesk-compatible 2D and 3D files for use by the design and construction team. The scope also included coordination with the project team and attending planning and Quality Control meetings. CPC’s services were delivered and completed in accordance with the project schedule and Finfrock’s technical requirements.
