Galt’s Landing is a proposed 10-unit, estate-style fly-in subdivision located on a 50-acre parcel in Harmony, directly across from the Lake X airstrip on Old Melbourne Highway. Designed to support private aviation, each lot, approximately one acre in size, will feature a custom home with an attached garage/hangar sized to accommodate a small aircraft. The plan includes a dedicated private taxiway, providing residents with direct access to the airstrip.

The property is situated along the east shore of Cat Lake and will feature a private marina for homeowners to dock their boats. The community will also emphasize sustainable living through the integration of edible landscape design, including two greenhouses, a chicken coop, and fruit-bearing trees for on-site food production. CPC provided civil engineering services for the project, including site layout, grading and drainage design, stormwater management, utility coordination, and permitting support.

Preliminary Subdivision Plans (PSP) and a Planned Development (PD) amendment have been submitted to allow for rural residential development within the Harmony master-planned community. Infrastructure work is expected to commence following final approvals, with initial residential construction anticipated to follow thereafter.
