Florida Secure Self-Storage

This 6.82-acre project in the west Broward County city of Pembroke Pines consisted of approximately 151,588 square feet of two-story and one-story industrial buildings with associated surface parking, traffic circulation, landscape, lighting and signage for Florida Secure Self-Storage.

CPC provided the client a full array of civil engineering, surveying, planning, design and construction services. The lot was one of many within the 300-acre Bergeron Park of Commerce that CPC has been hired for in recent years to survey, design and lead through permitting for new industrial tenants.
