CPC was contracted to support the I-4 Ultimate project with the verification of existing bridge pedestals across multiple segments, including two in downtown Orlando. This early-stage effort enabled the project team to identify inconsistencies with legacy data, helping to resolve potential design conflicts prior to material delivery or labor mobilization. Real-time collaboration through live data review meetings helped generate critical exhibits and RFIs that supported ongoing design coordination
CPC managed survey services for various areas, including two downtown segments. The downtown Orlando Area 2 stretch of I-4 is home to eight interchanges, including SR 408. CPC verified existing bridge pedestals for this fast-paced construction project. The data allowed the client to check for any inconsistencies from the legacy data. This early exercise allowed them to confront design issues well in advance of material or labor arrival.
In addition, CPC continues to provide on-call 3D laser scanning services for key bridge structures, including the Kirkman Road Flyover and SR 408 Interchange. These scans ensure proper alignment and assist with design variation analysis before construction is finalized. CPC also performs bridge calculation processing and develops Civil 3D and 2D structural drawings for end bents, columns, and piers—enhancing design accuracy and supporting efficient project delivery.
