Disney’s Ale & Compass Restaurant

The Market at Ale & Compass is the first step in a major re-imagining of dining at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, including a re-imagined lobby lounge and new concept for the former Captain’s Grille. The Ale & Compass Restaurant has taken the spot of Captain’s Grille as the casual Table Service Restaurant option in the Yacht Club. It comes as part of the new dining concept for the Resort, which also includes the newly reopen and majorly refurbished Ale & Compass Lounge as well as The Market at Ale & Compass which opened earlier this year. CPC was called in to document the existing conditions of the restaurant & bar area of the hotel. The purpose of the data collection was to document wall placement, wall thickness, floor thickness, above ceiling tile and floor plans.
