Delray SW 22nd Ave & SW 29th Improvements

The City of Delray Beach assigned CPC this assignment under our Continuing Engineering and Surveying Consulting Services contract to design and construct approximately 5000 lineal feet of sidewalk improvements on both sides (2500 on each side) of the Roadway, including evaluation of stormwater grading and improvements along SW 22nd Ave. and SW 29th Street, Delray Beach.

The project required engineering services related to sidewalk installation on SW 22nd Ave & SW 29th St between S Congress Ave and the southernmost driveway to the Environment Condos, as shown below. The intent was to fill in sidewalk gaps and improve pedestrian safety. The plans include a 6-foot sidewalk on one side a 10-foot recreational path on the other side, as well as the management of existing stormwater runoff. The project included design and construction documents for the City.
