Dania Pointe is a 102-acre, mixed-use development being developed in two phases in Dania Beach, Florida. Phase 1 is a regional shopping center with approximately 300,000 square feet anchored by a range of retail and restaurant tenants, while Phase 2 will be a mix of multifamily, office, hotel and more retail and dining tenants in a lifestyle setting, along with two parking decks.
