Dania Beach SW 3rd & SW 1st Drainage Improvements

The City of Dania Beach selected CPC to provide comprehensive civil engineering design and construction documents aimed at mitigating localized drainage issues and enhancing pedestrian infrastructure in the vicinity of SW 3rd Avenue & SW 1st Street. This initiative is a key component of the City’s efforts to improve roadway resilience and connectivity. CPC’s scope of work includes Stormwater Management & Drainage Design, which addresses localized flooding concerns by analyzing existing drainage conditions and designing effective stormwater conveyance solutions.

The project has successfully completed the design and internal review phase and is currently awaiting contractor selection. Upon commencement of construction, CPC’s Construction Engineering & Inspection (CEI) team will oversee the project, ensuring cost-effective execution, quality assurance, and certification of work on behalf of the City. By integrating innovative stormwater solutions with pedestrian-friendly infrastructure, this project underscores CPC’s commitment to delivering sustainable, resilient, and community-focused engineering solutions.
