City of Delray Police HQ & City Hall Assessment

CPC provided professional services under a continuing services contract for the evaluation of the Police Headquarters and City Hall in the City of Delray Beach for their current and future needs to accommodate staffing and a new centralized command facility. Services include boundary and topographic survey and 3D laser scanning, existing structural assessment elements, material review and needs assessment, preparing a building program, conceptual building plans, conceptual site plans, conceptual draft, final elevations, and an estimated budget for the cost of construction.
