City of Dania Beach Multimodal Enhancements

CPC designed Multimodal enhancements within the City located in the South-East, North-West, and North-East areas of the City of Dania Beach. The project included improvements such as enhanced sidewalks, curbing, concrete sidewalks, milling & resurfacing, raised intersections, and flashing solar-powered LED traffic signs. This project is unique in which the Client preferred nonstandard products such as textured pavement and “liquid” detectable warning. The project also involved coordination with FDOT regarding the LAP requirements. CPC prepared LAP documentation including project completion Check List, Maintenance Maps, R/W certification, environmental documentation, & Bid Documents. CPC surveyed the three areas to develop construction plans.
