Seminole Tribe of Florida, Brighton Reservation Flowing Well Residential Development

CPC is providing full-time Quality Control Home Construction Inspection Services for the Brighton Flowing Well Residential Project. We observe the General Contractor’s construction and report the product’s observed quality to the Owner’s (STOF) Construction Manager. Our project team’s responsibilities include providing owner representation and performing QA/QC Inspections on all interior and exterior disciplines (Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Roofing, Millwork, Stucco, Hardscape, and Landscape) for this project during construction by the Owner’s contractor. The community will be gated and feature common areas with amenities such as a playground, open space, and a lake.
