Bergeron Park of Commerce

The Bergeron family contracted CPC to provide planning, civil engineering, and surveying services for this 300-acre Industrial site in West Broward County. The commerce park consists of two major sections: Park North (130 acres), which is primarily zoned for heavier industrial uses, and Park South (170 acres), which is slated for general industrial or commercial uses. The Park South plan called for development, over a projected 10-year period, of an additional one million square feet of dock-height and grade-level industrial/office warehouse buildings. Environmental conditions were integrated into the development of the overall surface water management program. Wetlands mitigation, drainage pre-treatment, and retention were designed off-site, thereby maximizing the net usable land for improvements on-site. The adjacent tenants have also requested CPC to lead the civil engineering and surveying needs of their projects.

Those clients include Insurance Auto Auctions (46.85 acres and second phase of 38.37 acres under development), Mobile Mini (8.4 acres), Bergeron Outdoor Storage North (19.95 acres), Florida Secure Self-Storage (6.82 acres), Ryder Trailer Storage (4 acres), South Florida Operating Engineers, Florida Outdoor Self-Storage, Bergeron Distribution Center I (13 acres, 170,320 SF dock-high distribution center with additional 3.53 acres of outdoor storage area), Bergeron Distribution Center II (10.89 acres, 185,000 SF dock-high distribution center with 3.66 acres of outdoor storage area), Bergeron Business Plaza, Bergeron Office/Retail Plaza, and the Bergeron Family of Companies corporate office.
