1200 Hillsboro Luxury Condominimum

This boutique, oceanfront condominium, will offer only 18 residences from the $900’s to over $2 million with up to 3,000 square feet. Situated directly on a private stretch of beach, the luxury midrise will also host an oceanfront pool and sundeck, a “sky terrace” observation deck and an Intracoastal Waterway day dock just across the street.

CPC provided the site development for the 2.5-acre site with two different buildings and parking lots on each side of A1A, as well as driveway improvements, pedestrian sidewalks, utilities and drainage within the FDOT Right-of-Way. The design team also provided a site lighting system that met Florida Fish and Wildlife Standards for turtles.

Project elements included FDOT permits for drainage and utilities, site development plans, traffic modeling, engineering data collection, surveying, platting, roadway design, utility design, drainage and stormwater modeling, pump station design, maintenance of traffic plans, permitting, coordination of site retaining walls and bridge structures design, water and sewer design, signing and marking plans, and drainage well design.
