CPC’s Construction Administration involves managing and overseeing all aspects of a construction project from initial planning to final completion, ensuring adherence to design, budget, and schedule. This includes tasks like reviewing construction documents, processing RFI’s & contractor submittals, coordinating contractor’s work with public utilities, managing changes, construction inspections, daily reporting, tracking pay item quantities completed each day, review of monthly payment applications, providing monthly progress reports, coordinating meetings, and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle. We facilitate communication between all stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to resolve issues and ensure alignment. Key aspects include assessing design documents for constructability and ensuring they meet project goals.
