The City of Oakland Park is undertaking sidewalk and drainage improvements on NE 13th Avenue as a Florida Department of Transportation LAP project. CPC has been awarded the Construction Engineering and Inspection services. These improvements are part of a larger effort to revitalize and transform City-owned properties in Downtown Oakland Park. The project aims to create a mixed-use hub with residential, commercial, and recreational spaces.
