Thank you to everyone who volunteered with Roland Raymundo from the ASCE East Central Branch Environmental and Water Resources Institute (EWRI) this past month! Members of EWRI volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House Charities, assisting with meal preparation and assembling snack kits. Several EWRI members showcased their culinary skills, preparing a meal of orange chicken and beef and broccoli, veggie/shrimp egg rolls, and chocolate mousse cake to feed the 10 families staying at the Ronald McDonald House in Orlando. They also assembled snack kits for families, including fruit snacks, potato chips, and energy bars. Thank you again to everyone who volunteered!
