Carnahan, Proctor and Cross, Inc. (CPC) is a multi-disciplined professional services consulting firm established in 1977. Since its inception CPC has broadened and refined its services and is proud to have grown both in size and leadership. The firm’s team includes a broad combination of highly skilled and well respected professionals that are dedicated to building strong client partnerships and identifying ways in which communities, businesses and public agencies can successfully plan, design and construct their sustainable future. Our History.

The year 1977 was a pivotal year in American History. NASA launched Voyager 1 and 2 Spacecraft, and the first test flight of the Space Shuttle Enterprise took place. Apple started the boom in personal computer sales. The original Star Wars movie was premiered, becoming a cultural phenomenon and captivated audiences.

That same busy year, a small firm started in Florida, and focused on Land Development Consulting. Throughout the years, with Greg Proctor’s commitment to playing an essential role in shaping the company into a successful business, CPC has evolved into one of Florida's premiere comprehensive professional services firms. Our Practice Area Leaders and Practice Builders have assumed the responsibility to continue building, growing, and driving teams to deliver on strategic goals as the firm's leaders.

Now known as Carnahan, Proctor, and Cross (CPC), the firm’s success is rooted in the culture and values enacted by today's leaders. CPC has always been a firm dedicated to the concept of collaborative teamwork, professional excellence, and unsurpassed quality and service for the client.
