FDOT District 6 CEI Residency Contract

This $75 million CEI Residency Contract consisted of 100 projects completed in 5 years.

This contract involved the oversight and management of a five-year Consultant CEI Super Residency consisting of multiple simultaneous FDOT transportation projects throughout Miami-Dade County. Project scopes included traffic signalization, roadway widening and intersection modifications, extensive landscape and irrigation installation, hardscaping and storm sewer drainage projects. CPC’s responsibilities included performing project coordination; including pre-construction meetings, conflict resolution, design reviews and modifications, field supplemental agreements, coordinating inspections with the Department and County, submitting Final Acceptance – Transfer of Maintenance letters to responsible parties, supervision and overall project operations including inspections, field personnel (including QC) and contractor. CPC was also responsible for all documentation, as-builts, pay item quantity verifications and payment, and closeout of all project field books. Final FDOT-Final Estimates audit found no errors and omissions.
