ORMC South Seminole Hospital Maintenance

Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital was preparing for maintenance and the replacement of several blowers in the Mechanical, Electrical and, Plumbing (MEP) rooms.  CPC is pushing laser technology to the limit by combining scan data to create the ultimate visual your of a scanned site. CPC provided Leica TruView Global to the engineers and owners representative so that they could collaborate and virtually visit the site during team meetings. In addition to the online portal, CPC furnished a detailed 3D model showing structural supports, piping and, mechanical elements. The scan data was used to do a spatial analysis of the proposed areas as well the ingress/egress of the new equipment to allow for proper pre-fabrication and mobilization.
