This event highlights the important work of the Public Works Department and its employees in maintaining essential infrastructure and utilities. Since 1960, National Public Works Week has highlighted the vital role of public works departments and employees who build, manage and maintain essential infrastructure likes roads, facilities and public utilities that keep communities operating and support a quality of life for all of us to enjoy.
