John Campbell, PLS
Vice President- Surveying
In 1985 Mr. Campbell founded Campbell Surveying and Mapping, Inc. His
business merged with CARNAHAN PROCTOR AND CROSS, INC. in June
2006. He is Marketing Manager and Senior Surveyor at the Merritt Island
Division. His experience includes  35 years as a Licensed Land Surveyor.
His work in the private sector has included the planning and construction of
major subdivisions, shopping centers and office developments. State
experience includes work for the Florida Department of Transportation and
The Department of Environmental Protection.  Launch Pad 37 and a two
year construction project of Launch Pad 40 at the Cape Canaveral Air
Force Station at the Kennedy Space Center. City municipal experience has
included utility and roadway work for most of the cities in Brevard County.
Landon "Alfie" Cross, PLS.
Executive Vice President
Mr. Cross is the Executive Vice President of the firm and the Director of
Surveying and Mapping for all offices. He has managed and supervised
numerous projects for both the Public and Private Sectors, focusing on
Precision and Technological work to sustain the Company. He is also the
Information Technology Officer (ITO), responsible for the technical direction
of the computer systems firm-wide.

Alfie is currently serving on the ASTM International, E-57 Committee "3D
Imaging Systems", setting worldwide standards for laser imaging used in
surveying and mapping. He is an active member of the sub-committee
E-57.04, "data Interoperability" defining the requirements for the 3D image
data format. Also serving on the sub-committee E-57.03 Best Practices,
responsible for data deliverables, safety standards and acceptable quality
control.
Gregory Proctor, P.E.
President
Joining the Firm in 1980, Mr. Proctor has rose through the ranks from
design engineer to Executive Vice President to lead the company's
expansion as he became partner in 1992 overseeing the growth of the
engineering and surveying divisions.  Registered as a Professional
Engineer in both North Carolina and Florida with a B.S in Civil
Engineering from NC State University, he has provided engineering
services in both the Florida and Carolina markets.  In 2004, Mr. Proctor
acquired the Firm from the original founder and has since expanded
the Firm’s operations to multiple offices with several acquisitions to
better serve our clients.
Mike D. Wadley, AICP
Vice President- Planning
With 29 years of experience in land planning, Mike is well versed in
collaborating with a team of professionals to take a project from the client’s
vision through occupancy.  The objectives for Mike in any project,
regardless of the size, are creative problem solving, value creation and
client satisfaction.  

Mike’s philosophy that he has adopted over his career is that “the local
government is your partner” through all phases of a project from its
inception, master planning, engineering, permitting, construction and finally
occupancy.  Mike has been successful in working with local governments to
solve problems and achieve a client’s goals within budget and schedule
using this approach.  According to Mike, “this would not have been possible
in many cases without close coordination and cooperation with local
government staff and officials”.

Mike remains active in many professional and civic associations through
volunteering.  Currently he serves as vice-chairman of the Northridge CRA
Advisory Board for Polk County.
John A. Hart, P.E.
Vice President CEI

Mr. John Hart, PE, is a graduate of the University of Florida and has
nineteen (19) years experience in the Transportation Field.  His experience
includes both roadway design and construction management with a
specialty in FDOT construction.  He has a strong understanding of FDOT
specifications and construction practices in roadway and bridge projects as
they relate to materials sampling and testing, claims analysis and final
estimates.  His career began in 1990 when he went to work for the Florida
Department of Transportation where he served for 8 years before becoming
a key member of the Carnahan Proctor and Cross Group.   
Ron Pritchard, D.P.A.
Business Development
A life-long public servant, Dr. Pritchard earned his Doctorate in Public
Administration from Nova University and has completed numerous
management, leadership and administrative seminars.

In addition to Fire Chief for the Fort Lauderdale Fire Department he was
also chair of the Fire Department Safety Committee, Vehicle replacement
Committee, Telecommunications Committee and Capital Outlay Committee.  

As an elected County Commissioner and Chairman of the Brevard County
Commission, Ron served as Chairman of the Space Coast Transit Authority
and Brevard County Utility Board.  
Stephen Gaydosh, JR., P.E. GC-PCC-CBI
Vice President- Engineering
Steve is responsible for Business Development and Engineering in all
areas of the State. With over 31 years of experience in Land Development
Design, Utility Design, Structural ans Civil Engineering, he is well known
for his diversified design style using new systems and technology to
increase efficiency in all work areas. Steve has experience and a great
relationship with many governmental agencies, helping to expedite permit
reviews. Steve currently is a sitting Director on two (2) Boards, and is one
of eighteen (18) FEMA and US Army Corps of Engineers Certified
Structural Specialists for the State of Florida that responds to
emergencies such as hurricanes, building collapse floods and natural
disasters. Steve is assigned to Task Force #6 in Fort Myers, Florida.

Richard Palmeri
Vice President- Business Development (Energy and Housing)
Mr. Palmeri has 35 years experience in Energy Architecture and Urban
Planning. His experience also includes business development on both
National and International levels. Mr. Palmeri has worked for Challen Floyd
Sloski Todd in London, Saudi Arabia and Iraq;  Fairburn and Associates in
Saudi Arabia and Arizona; Del Webb Sun City, United management in Texas
and Arizona. Mr. Palmeri holds several patents. These include Modular
Component Systems (Panelized Building Systems) for housing, Governmental
and Military applications.

His recent experience involves projects for Solar Energy applications.
