1200 Hillsboro Mile
This 3 story structure consisted of two 3 story
buildings along the Intracoastal Waterway and the
Coastline of Hillsboro Mile. The first building on the
waterway has a pool and clubhouse facility as well
as a dock facility for private boat ownership.
The second building, located on the beach side,
boasts full ocean views and an underground
parking facility for private residences.
Permitting consisted of both State and Local
authorities, Coastal Construction, Endangered
Species and Town of Hillsboro Beach.

Gables Aventura
The Gables Aventura project consists of 400
condominium units and 200 townhome units. The
project has 2 parking garages along with two pools
and clubhouse facilities located in Miami Dade.
The project was permitted through Miami Dade
Public Works, WASA, DERM and Local Authorities.
Onsite and offsite infrastructure design were
implemented including Paving and Grading, Water
and Wastewater, Lift Station Design and Force
Main Extensions. CPC was instrumental in all
design, permitting and CEI inspections.

condominium units and 200 townhome units. The

Grande Champion at LPGA is 2,500 acres of the
4,500-acre LPGA master planned community,
home of the National “Ladies Professional Golf
Association” (LPGA). The project consists of two
championship golf courses, club and recreational
amenities, residential development of varying
densities (+/- 4,000 units), commercial and office
development, and significant open space
associated with the Tomoka River. Wadley
Hanson and Carnahan Proctor Cross worked
together to provide master utilities and stormwater
design, detailed site design, rezoning and all
related development approvals. By developing
close working relationships with City staff, the team
of WH and CPC was able to fast-track development
approvals to meet very tight schedule
requirements necessary to meet the Client’s

wildlife habitat, and the adjacent Tomoka River,
which is designated a Florida Outstanding Water.

These communities were one of the most successful
LENNAR HOMES Communities completed in 1996.
Boca Chase consists of 1,200 single and multi-family
dwelling units and a core of village style retail
commercial (600 acres).
The Boca Greens Community consists of a large
facility Clubhouse and 36 hole golf course and driving
range. Meandering lakes and canals surround this
upscale community. CPC participated in the
development of the Master Plan for this 1,800 home
community (1,200 Acres) and all the consulting
engineering and survey services.
These communities were one of the most successful
LENNAR HOMES Communities completed in 1996.
